My Creamy Carbonara Recipe

Carbonara is my favorite pigout food. And I can’t pigout for now unfortunately. So maybe you can cook it and eat it for me? Haha! Anyways, I hope you like a creamy Carbonara because that’s what I’m gonna share to you right now, a creamy Carbonara recipe. Kids love it and it will only take you 30 minutes to cook it.       


1kg San Remo Fettuccini pasta

1 big Alaska Evaporated milk

1 small can of sliced mushroom

1 Knorr Mushroom Cream powder dissolved in 500 ml of water.

1 pack of Del Monte Carbonara mix

6 tbsp of brow sugar

5 tbsp of parmesan cheese

1 pack of bacon bits

3 tbsp of Anchor Salted Butter, melted

1 cup of grated Quickmelt cheese

McCormick basil and pepper for seasoning

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cook the San Remo pasta as per directions on the packet. Then set aside when cooked.
  2. In a large pan, put the butter and sauté the sliced mushrooms and bacon bits. Season with basil and pepper.
  3. Add the evaporated milk, Knor mushroom cream, Del Monte Carbonara mix into the pa. Stir in low heat.
  4. Stir the mixture well until you get the slightly thick consistency of the sauce. Then add the Parmesan cheese and sugar. Stir well and allow to cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Mix the pasta and the sauce.
  6. Serve with Quickmelt cheese and basil on top.
